Why Airport NOC is required for the structure which is Gr+4 storey? CIDCO should have exempted structures of Gr+4 from this requirement. They should have given a notification that it is not mandatory for low structures.This will save time of the department concerned since the volume os work is reduced. Also, it is learnt that it is an expensive exercise which adds burden to prospective buyeers. Concerned CIDCO authorities should rethink about the rule.
