New Zoning Map For Buildings around Navi Mumbai International Airport

Hello Friends there is good news for the Builders in Navi Mumbai Since CIDCO & AAI have jointly prepared a Zoning  map in which they have created 7 Zones which defines the limit of Maximum Permissible Height.So just find where exactly your plot/land is and start the planning.This will definitely save some time to get the NOC.

Zones in Brief

1. Red Zone           : NOC to be obtained from AAI
2. Greenish Yellow:  Permissible Top Elevation 30 M or Below
3. Blue:                    Permissible Top Elevation 45 M or Below
4. Pink:                    Permissible Top Elevation 65 M or Below
5. Green:                  Permissible Top Elevation 80 M or Below
6. Yellow:                Permissible Top Elevation 80 M or Below
7. White:                  Permissible Top Elevation 1000 M or Below

Survey of India

Survey of India is the only government body in India which has official right to give you the certificate of coordinates of your plot as per W.G.S 84 .

Which is as very important document in getting Aviation NOC for buildings .

Airport NOC before C.C for building in Navi Mumbai.

As per the new rule it is being made mandatory to have Aviation NOC from Airport Authority of India to make any construction within the 20Kms radius .
